Open your client areaSign in to the client area, open your services and select the relevant hosting service. Use its available cPanel access option. The tools shown depend on your plan; a domain registration alone does not include a hosting control panel.
Read the cPanel guideFor cPanel email, use the webmail address supplied with your service, your full mailbox address and that mailbox's password. Your mailbox password is separate from your Bulamu account password. Ask your organisation's email administrator or our support team if you do not know which service holds your mail.
Email and device setup guideIf your organisation uses Google Workspace, open Gmail and sign in with your work email address. Use your organisation's Google account credentials, not your Bulamu client-area password. Your organisation's administrator can help with account access.

A client-area password reset changes access to your Bulamu account. It does not reset your company mailbox, Google Workspace or WordPress password.
Open the account password-reset page and enter the email address you used for your account. Follow the recovery instructions sent to that address and check your spam folder if the message does not arrive.
Reset your account passwordContact our team with the domain or service you need help with and a description of the access problem. We may need to verify that you are authorised before changing account access. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details in your message.
